The kit uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Biotin-labeled human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) and purified anti-human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) antibodies are used to coat microplates. In a competitive inhibition reaction, a certain amount of solid-phase antibody and biotin-labeled human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) and non-labeled antigen (calibrator or specimen) are used to inhibit the competitive reaction. The binding amount of antibody and biotin-labeled human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) is inhibited by the amount of non-labeled antigen. The more non-labeled antigen, the less binding of antibody and biotin-labeled human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18), and vice versa. After the reaction is balanced, solid-phase antibody-biotinylated human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) is formed, and then enzyme-labeled avidin is added to form a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18)-enzyme label-avidin complex. After adding substrate for color development, the absorbance (OD value) was measured at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme marker. As the concentration of human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) increased, the OD value gradually decreased and showed a good linear relationship.
