To purchase any ELISA kit from our catalog, simply inform our sales representative of the target species (e.g., human, rat, mouse, rabbit, monkey, pig),
the specific analytes to be measured (such as interleukins or hormones), and the desired kit size (48T or 96T).
For in-stock products, we will deliver the test report to you within two weeks of receiving your samples.
We welcome close, multi-level collaboration with clinical medical professionals and research institutions on various projects.
We aim to foster mutual growth and progress, ultimately contributing to the advancement of the testing industry in the world.
A comprehensive plan must be established prior to sample collection, and the stability of the analytes to be tested must be clearly understood. We recommend testing fresh samples as soon as possible. For samples to be tested on the day of collection, store them promptly at 4°C until use. If samples must be collected over a period of time due to specific experimental requirements, aliquot them immediately after collection and store at -20°C or -70°C. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided, as temperature fluctuations can lead to protein degradation and compromise experimental quality. Customers submitting samples for radioimmunoassay (RIA) testing should request the product manual from our sales staff prior to sample collection and consult our technical staff regarding specific operational precautions.
Liquid samples: Samples must be in liquid form and free of precipitates. Examples include serum, plasma, urine, pleural/ascitic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatants, and tissue homogenates.
Serum: Allow whole blood samples to stand at room temperature for 2 hours or at 4°C overnight. Centrifuge at 1,000 x g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C and collect the supernatant for immediate testing; alternatively, aliquot the supernatant and store at -20°C or -80°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Thawed samples should be centrifuged again prior to testing.
Plasma: Use EDTA or heparin as the anticoagulant. Centrifuge samples at 1,000 x g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C within 30 minutes of collection and collect the supernatant for immediate testing; alternatively, aliquot the supernatant and store at -20°C or -80°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Thawed samples should be centrifuged again prior to testing.
Cell culture supernatant: Centrifuge samples at 1,000 x g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C and collect the supernatant. Use the supernatant immediately for the experiment or aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Tissue lysate: Collect 100 mg of tissue and wash with 1X PBS to remove bloodstains. Cut the tissue into small pieces and place them in a tissue grinder (homogenizer tube); add 1 mL of 1X PBS to prepare a homogenate, then store at -20°C overnight. Subject the homogenate to two freeze-thaw cycles to disrupt cell membranes, then centrifuge at 5,000 x g for 5 minutes at 2–8°C and collect the supernatant. Use the supernatant immediately for the assay or aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Thawed samples should be centrifuged again before testing. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Urine: Collect urine in a sterile tube, centrifuge at 1,000 x g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C, and collect the supernatant. Use the supernatant immediately for the assay or aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge again before testing to remove any precipitates that may have formed during storage.
Cell Lysate: (1) Adherent cells: Place the culture flask containing a confluent cell monolayer on ice and aspirate the culture medium. Add sufficient cold PBS (pH 7.2–7.4) to the flask to thoroughly wash the cell surface and remove residual medium, then discard the PBS. Aspirate as much residual PBS as possible, performing these steps on ice. Transfer the washed cells to a suitable centrifuge tube and dilute with 1X PBS (pH 7.2–7.4) to a concentration of 100 million cells/mL. Store at -20°C overnight. Subject the sample to two freeze-thaw cycles to disrupt cell membranes, then centrifuge at 5,000 x g for 5 minutes at 2–8°C and collect the supernatant. The supernatant can be tested immediately or aliquoted and stored at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Thawed samples should be centrifuged again before testing. (2) Suspension cells: Collect cells using a suitable centrifuge tube and centrifuge at 1,000 x g for 5 minutes at 2–8°C to remove the supernatant. Gently resuspend the cells in 1x PBS (pH 7.2–7.4), centrifuge again at 1,000 x g for 5 minutes at 2–8°C to remove the supernatant, and dilute with 1x PBS (pH 7.2–7.4) to a concentration of 100 million/ml. Then, store at -20°C overnight. After two rounds of freeze-thaw cycles to disrupt the cell membranes, centrifuge at 5,000 x g for 5 minutes at 2–8°C and collect the supernatant. The supernatant can be tested immediately or aliquoted and stored at -20°C; however, repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Thawed samples should be centrifuged again to remove any precipitate before testing.
Cerebrospinal fluid, ascites, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid: Centrifuge samples at 4,000 x g for 10 minutes at 2–8°C and carefully collect the supernatant; if precipitate remains, centrifuge again. Use the supernatant immediately for the experiment or aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
