This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which eventually turns into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on the ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of swine 70kDa heat shock protein 1A (HSPA1A) in the sample to be tested. By fitting the calibration curve, the concentration of porcine 70kDa heat shock protein 1A (HSPA1A) in the sample can be calculated.
