Physical properties
Each liquid component is clear and transparent, without precipitation or floccules. Microplate aluminum foil bagIt should be vacuum packed without damage or leakage.
Use
Used to detect the concentration of guinea pig cholecystokinin A receptor (CCKAR) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.
Experimental principle
This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In a microplate pre-coated with anti-guinea pig cholecystokinin A receptor (CCKAR) antibody (solid phase antibody), guinea pig cholecystokinin A receptor (CCKAR) calibrator and the sample to be tested are added, and then biotin-labeled antibody is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, HRP-coupled avidin is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, unbound components are removed, and a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme is formed on the solid surface of the microplate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which is finally converted into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on an ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of guinea pig cholecystokinin A receptor (CCKAR) in the sample to be tested. The concentration of guinea pig cholecystokinin A receptor (CCKAR) in the sample can be calculated by fitting the calibrator curve.
Specificity
This kit recognizes the native guinea pig cholecystokinin A receptor (CCKAR) and has no cross-reactivity with structural analogs.
